Milne Watson jewellery is all handmade in Sussex. No two pieces are created the same and may have some natural imperfections. Photography shown throughout the site and on product pages are for illustration purposes only, as our creations do differ slightly piece to piece.

Milne Watson ship throughout the UK as well as worldwide.

UK

We ship our nationwide parcels using Royal Mail, packages are sent out using the tracked Next Day Delivery Service.

Europe and rest of the World

We ship Internationally via DHL.

Delivery time applies for working days only, and DHL do not guarantee delivery on Saturday or Bank Holidays.

Delivery times are for pieces we have in stock only, our personalised and bespoke products can take slightly longer to arrive.

Returns

All our pieces are made by hand in short runs. Unfortunately we do not accept returns for our necklaces unless they have been damaged. Please contact us if there is a problem with your piece within 30 days of purchase and we will see how we can assist you.

Restringing

Milne Watson offer a restringing service if your piece has become worn or damaged. Please contact us with an image of your necklace and we will help restore it to its former beauty.
